Ripping MP3/CUE FLAC/CUE on Ubuntu Linux
aptitude install abcde cdparanoia lame id3v2 flac mkcue mp3gain
abcde -1 -M -o flac,mp3 -p
(-1 rips the CD as a single file. -M creates the CUE file. -o specifies the formats you want to encode to. -p pads the track numbers to 00's if the CD contains less than 10 tracks)
